Happy Hooligan

Happy Hooligan, number nine,
Hung his breeches on the line;
 When the line began to swing,
 Happy Hooligan began to sing:

"On the mountain stands a lady,
Who she is I do not know;
All she wants is gold and silver,
And a nice young man.
